A great Lawyer

A client came to me with a matter before the Texas Health and Human Services –Texas Department of Family and Protective Servies. The State Agency reported the client for neglect and placed her name on the Employee Misconduct Registry. A person whose name is placed on the EMR is disqualified for life ...from working for certain facilities or agencies. The client not only was terminated due to the incident but was facing a lifetime ban from certain state facilities and an end to an aspiring nursing career. With little notice and a short time to prepare, Bob took over the case and prepared witnesses, reviewed documents, and got ready to present at the hearing. After several days, he was able to show that what had happened was an accident and not neglect. Three months later the Administrative Law Judge agreed and dismissed the case against the client. She can now return to work and pursue her nursing career. Mr. Bennett has over 40 years of experience with licensing and administrative hearings.

Texas BLE.

Received a letter from the Director of Character and Fitness at the Texas Board of Law Examiners? Or Having an issue with your Bar Application? I could not stress enough that you should Immediately go to Bob Bennett! With his 15 years of experience before the Board of Law Examiners and having t...aken more cases than any other attorney in Texas he is by far the most knowledgeable and has the expertise to help you get your license. Bob is very proactive and provides each client with an individualized strategy in their defense. He is readily available to speak to on the phone and is always willing to answer any questions you may have. He has a personal assistant who is also extremely helpful with correspondence and preparation for the case. Bob goes above and beyond what the average top ethical attorney would do. This is because he genuinely cares. Although he may seem sightly pricey- trust me it is worth it. He will spend countless hours preparing for your case, preparing you and any witnesses you may need. Consider all your hard world and investments up to this point- this is just the last hurdle and I am confident he will get you where you wish to be. Although you may be a lawyer or law student, defending yourself before the Board could be disastrous. You need representation, and ultimately you need Bob. Whilst you may feel he doesn’t know every single detail at the beginning. He knows the necessary details needed at first and can see the big picture. Bob will have the most appropriate strategy to do his best to get your case dismissed early. ( Even before it goes to a hearing. ) If you have to go to a hearing. Have no fear. You will have the support of Bob. He will diligently prepare for your case and will put countless hours in the days leading up to the hearing. He will prepare you thoroughly for any questions the prosecution or the board may have. As well as prepare your witnesses accordingly. You will know exactly what to expect and will be ready to defend your case. Bob is an excellent advocate for his clients, and can even act as a liaison with your employer. Bob knows when the best time to introduce certain evidence at the hearing is. This will ensure you have the maximum possible defense. He has an excellent rapport with the Board Staff Attorneys and the Panel of Board Members. The Board know him well and respect him. This can only aid your defense. I was potentially facing up to 5 years prohibiting me from taking the bar or being unable to get my license. Thanks to Bob, after a long hearing and Bobs incredible advocacy skills we successfully presented my case to the Board who dismissed any moral character nor fitness to practice issues! My dream to be a lawyer in Texas and my livelihood is secure because of Bob. I am confident he can help make dreams come true for future clients - such as you.

USMLE Sec issue

I contacted and soon after, hired Mr. Bob Bennett to help me with a USMLE Sec issue and help me prepare for a USMLE National Board of Medical Examiners committee meeting. Bob helped me prepare for my case with straight forward, articulate attention to details. Bob accurately prepared me for many o...f the questions that I answered for the committee members. His insight and knowledge about the process is incalculable, and I appreciate tremendously, his ethical, courteous, personal touch to all the issues. Mr. Bennett’s 40 plus years of professional experience and contacts serves him very well. And this in turn helped me immensely. I would highly recommend Mr. Bennett to any others with similar issues when dealing with a professional committee board.

USMLE Sec. takes " irregular behavior" very seriously and if you receive an irregular behavior letter from the USMLE Sec. /NBME, you should consult with an attorney who has handled cases in Philadelphia many times. To try and proceed without legal representation is like doing your own appendectomy: it can be done but it will be painful and the best results may not be achieved. At least contact our office for a free consultation. Best wishes for 2019 from the experienced attorneys before the USMLE: The Bennett Law Firm: 832-566-1490. or 713-225-6000.

Mr. Bennett's Experience Helps with the Board of Law Examiners

Mr. Bennett knows what he is doing. He is easy to get in touch with and will answer your phone calls immediately or call you back as soon as he can. He also checks his emails frequently. He has made sure to hire an assistant who is also easy to get a hold of. Mr. Bennett will work extremely h...ard to prepare for your case before your hearing. He will pay attention to details, take good notes, contact your character witnesses for you, follow-up with you accordingly/ update you of your case in a timely manner, and be upfront with you about the outcome of your case. Mr. Bennett really knows which evidence should be introduced first and in what order. At trial, he is alert and prepared; he objects when necessary, and the Board respects him because he has been in front of them numerous times in the many years he has been in practice. He makes sure to listen to every question asked by the Board and opposing counsel. He is a lifesaver! The way he introduces evidence at the right time can make your case have a favorable outcome, just like my case did. He is also very punctual. If he says he will do something, you bet it will get done. His fees may be a little high, but he will work with you to pay it off. He is more concerned with your well-being and the case than he is pestering you about your invoice. He is definitely an ethical lawyer and makes sure to follow the rules of professional responsibility when dealing with clients. Moreover, he is definitely worth what he charges because he is always prepared and sticks to his words, and at trial he fights for you. I hired Mr. Bennett to help me with the PDL I received from the BLE, and from the day I contacted him to the day of the hearing, he was prepared and knew what he was doing. He was unable to get my case initially dismissed (what every good lawyer should do before going to a hearing); however, he did not lose hope, and we prepared for a hearing. At the hearing there were various issues presented in the PDL. Mr. Bennett, however, tackled every issue with his thorough preparation. The case resulted in a very favorable outcome. Thanks to him, I will be a fully-licensed attorney. He did all of this without causing anybody any stress. With him I knew we were prepared. He is worth it.
