In 2006 my company in Italy sent me to the US to be part of our American branch in Houston. Sincerely, I did not know anything about the immigration to the US. I came to the US then on working visa, but I did not know anything about being a permanent resident. Beatriz firm followed up with me and teaching me the immigration laws, and all necessary steps to become a permanent resident. Again, I did not have to do anything but following the legal procedures. Beatriz firm took care of all necessary documents, and therefore the firm submitted all documents to become a permanent resident sometimes in midd 2007. After few months all documents were approved (I140 the most important I think), and consequently I became a permanent resident of the US in May 2008. Very fast process, smooth, and without any problems. The office staff does not fill out paperwork correctly, does not respond to questions directly and does not have customer service skills. After complaining of the rude staff, the attorney herself called and yelled at my husband. She was not connected to our case, gave us minimal guidance and spoke mo...re of herself than, us, her clients, to the immigration officer. She didn't even take the time to learn how to pronounce our name. Both my husband and myself are business professionals and she took the time to apologize for the service but this did not improve the service at all. This office seems to feed on scared immigrants that do not know they are allowed to ask simple questions. I suggest spending your money elsewhere.
