Beatriz represented me for my immigration and company expansion into the United States in 2008. During the next 3.5 years she was helped guide and process my initial L1A Visa, the renewal and ultimately helping me and my wife get our permanent resident alien status inside 3.5 years (Green Card). ... Beatriz is the most knowledgeable, honesty, attorney I have ever met and her integrity is beyond reproach. Beatriz's professionalism has led me to refer at least 4-5 other business professionals in my industry who were thinking of relocating to the US. Why, it's simple she tells you the truth straight up the first time, she isn't one of those money hungry lawyers who will string you along and will tell you stories about how they are going to get you proper status, when all along they know it isn't possible they are just trying to make money off of your dreams or desperation. Hands down, when it comes to immigration law Beatriz Ballerini is your most knowledgeable and trustworthy lawyer in Texas, and I whole heartily endorse Beatriz Ballerini!!

In 2006 my company in Italy sent me to the US to be part of our American branch in Houston. Sincerely, I did not know anything about the immigration to the US. I was recommended Beatriz Trillos attorney firm. They handled the L1 visa fast and professionally with high attention and dedication. I r...emembered that I only needed to sign forms that were already filled by the firm and made appointment at US Embassy in Florence, Italy. I got the visa in just few hours. I came to the US then on working visa, but I did not know anything about being a permanent resident. Beatriz firm followed up with me and teaching me the immigration laws, and all necessary steps to become a permanent resident. Again, I did not have to do anything but following the legal procedures. Beatriz firm took care of all necessary documents, and therefore the firm submitted all documents to become a permanent resident sometimes in midd 2007. After few months all documents were approved (I140 the most important I think), and consequently I became a permanent resident of the US in May 2008. Very fast process, smooth, and without any problems. I was reading many forums back then to understand the process, and I considered myself very lucky finding Beatriz firm which literally took care of everything. The whole time during the process, the firm showed me great quality, great attention, and most importantly they showed me great dedication to the case. I was very happy the day I became permanent resident, May 21, 2008. I am writing this review today because this year I will complete another important step in my life: I will become American citizen after being permanent resident for 5 years. I will definitely ask the service of Beatriz firm to complete this process, and I am sure that the firm will show me again quality, attention and dedication. I recommend the service of Beatriz firm to anyone who wants attention, dedication, quality and the case resolved!

I used ms. Ballerini to assist with H1B visa. She walked me through the entire process and overcame many difficult obstacles associated with my visa application. I had previously used two other lawyers but they indicated that my case was too difficult. Ms. Ballerini was able to overcome these diff...icult obstacles. Her fees were very fair and she worked very closely with me. I highly recommend ms. Ballerini.

We first retained Ms. Ballerini as our corporate immigration lawyer in 2007, since then, she has also helped us with family immigration, to a total of 11 files. we currently have one file with Ms. Ballerini, and we have recommended her services to more than 5 friends. We can attest to her proffesiona...lism, knowledge, quick response, and most importantly getting the job done.
