I received both my Bachelor of Science and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Florida, (go Gators!), and I am admitted to practice in the state courts of Texas, New York and New Jersey, as well as in the federal courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas and the District of New Jersey. I have made CPS Defense and criminal law the primary focus of my practice.
During my twenty-three years of practice, I have handled thousands of CPS and criminal cases.
Over the course of my legal career, I have worked as a public defender, an assistant district attorney, a criminal defense attorney in private practice, and as both an ad litem and defense attorney in CPS cases. I understand what it takes to prepare a successful defense, and I always go the “extra mile” for my clients.
