Toward the end of 2016 I was sued by one of my many creditors, then not long after, another sued. I sought out an attorney and found Weston Legal. Shaun Brown handled my cases, and was extremely collaborative, informative and congenial. After some discussion and given the seriousness of my financia...l situation, I concluded it would be best to attempt going the Chapter 7 route. I did, working first with Shaun who kept the two law suits at bay, while Pete Weston and his "bk" team stepped in to guide me through the Chapter 7 process. Although it was long and difficult for me, near the end of 2018 we were at the US Court creditors meeting, and presently I am just waiting on the process to play out. I had numerous questions and concerns throughout the year that Weston legal generously addressed to my satisfaction. I was on the phone several times with Pete, and two of his key staff who handled much of the work highly professionally were Kate and Melissa (last names omitted intentionally). Pete and his legal staff, (Melissa Cruz & Kate Ramirez), provided attentive service throughout the entire process of our Chapter 7 discharge. I consulted with four other lawyers before hiring Pete.
