I am going to start from the beginning to give a good picture of my timeline and experience. I had known that I needed to file for bankruptcy for a while and when I decided I needed to file I had no idea where to start. I started my search online like I am sure many of you are doing. I was skeptical ...at first and wasn't really sure where to start. Mr. Weston had his initial consultation with me and he concluded chapter 7 was the right option. Over the following couple months, I gathered the required documents and filed in mid-December. I had what I considered a complicated situation.
