Mr. Weston's team helped me with a Chapter 7 petition. He offered competitive rates and the service was fantastic. After my final discharge from the court there was one creditor I found that was overlooked, not bad considering I had 20 or 30! I notified Mr. Weston's office and they took care of it... immediately. Mr. Weston and his staff were an absolute Godsend for me. I had a great credit rating and was doing great then suddenly the banks went crazy and interest rates began soaring and I found myself unable to make some of even the minimum payments....tried talking to them myself but to no avail.....finall...y it was suggested that I might consider filing bankruptcy.
