Honestly, I was very skeptical about the ability of any attorney to help with my case against Capital One. It looked like all the cards were pretty much stacked against me. I had to make the very difficult decision to borrow money to hire Weston & Associates to represent me - it was either that, or... fold to Capital One; and I wasn't ready to fold. Weston & Associates won my case and lifted a tremendous weight for me and my family!

Mr. Weston and his staff were very knowledgeable and helpful with my son's and my case regarding a debt collector who was known to be and is very aggressive. The case had been sent to a court in a different city which would have been impossible for me to deal with. When I called his office the first ...time, the staff were both aware of the party I was being sued by and were very helpful by guiding me along through every step. All of the paperwork Mr. Weston's office sent me was straightforward and easy to understand. Mr. Weston's communications with the other party were clear and concise and led the courts to a dismissal of the suit. His emails with me and my son were professional and kept us informed of what our options were and what the various outcomes would be. I haven't worked with many lawyers, but Mr. Weston is honest, forthright, and does his best every step of the way. I appreciate his time as well as his staff's time. His fee was affordable and the office worked with me on a payment plan. I would definitely consult with him again should the need arise.

He was very professional, straight forward, and completely non-judgmental, which seems to apply with everyone in this firm. He explained all of my options, which included settlement or taking my chances with the court. He didn't try to pressure me one way or the other or guarantee anything. The facts were all laid out for me, I asked more questions, (again), and I finally decided to take my chances in court. Needless to say, I was elated when he called to inform me that I had been victorious. I would never wish my situation on anyone, but if you are ever sued for a debt, hire this firm !! Best experience with an attorney that I could possibly have hoped for.
