Mr. Weston got my case dismissed. Yay! I was very concerned when I was sued. I had attempted to work out payment arrangments with the credit card company before I stopped paying. They said give us $500 in good faith and we will work with you, and then once I made several payments to equal $500, th...ey stated they could not help me. I was scared when I was served. The best decision I made was to hire Mr. Weston. His assistant told me that there would probably be a settlement offer from the creditor that was suing me. Mr. Weston though was able to get the case dismissed without prejudice. I am satisfied with the services received.
