I can never say enough good things about Weston Legal and it's staff. I was served court papers that I was being sued by a bank for credit card debt. Overwhelmed with fear and scared, I didn't know what to do. I considered doing nothing and just see what happens, but once reality set in, I figured I ...had to take care of this and soon. In fact Kate suggested I take a day or two before deciding if this is what I want to do and most importantly if the monthly payment amount would cause a hardship on me since I am on a fixed income. I appreciated her concerned but I knew Weston Legal was right for me and felt I was in good hands. At the close of our conversation Kate told me to stop worrying and that they (Weston) will take care of me; and that they did. I decided to file for bankruptcy because I had an overload of credit card debt that I never would be able to pay off. All emails, phone calls etc. where answered immediately or in a timely manner. I was always kept informed on any matters dealing with my case. I started this process in August 2017 and went to court last week for the C M which lasted all but 10 minutes. I am very ignorant about law, so getting sued for the first time...it's like going to a foreign country and not speaking their language. But Casey Smith, a paralegal, answered all my questions very clearly. While my case eventually got dismissed (in 3 months) he made sure to tell me it wasn't alwa...ys the case. Which gave me time to prepare for the worst but hope for the best. With the flat rates and honest answers, I felt infinitely more prepared for the whole process.
