I was expecting some money, so I spent it before I actually got it, and wound up not getting it... STUPID! So when I finally got a sued by one of the credit cards... I found Mr. Weston's office. He didn't make me feel "stuipid" at all.... He and his staff were very professional, courteous, communi...cative, and positive! After years of trying to avoid, or ignore my credit card problems (which just made them worse), with the help of Mike Weston and Associates, we confronted the issues head on and actually fixed it! Weston and Associates is very upfront when it comes to their charges.... and they have a very reasonable payment plan. Now that everything has been settled with the credit card company, I feel like my old self again.... (except a little smarter when it comes to credit cards!). I only wish I would have hired them sooner!

This was the first (hopefully last) experience we had with being sued by a credit card collection agency. We contacted Mr. Weston's office and were told they would be more than happy to help for a very reasonable, flat rate. We were also given the option of making payments if necessary, which was a p...leasant option to have. They went to work on our case right away. Mr. Weston's group prefers to maintain communication via email and phone. This was optimal for us because we live and work quite a distance from his office location in Houston. All of our transactions were by phone or email, and we never had to meet in person. This kept us from missing work and helped at the gas pump! Within a month, our case was dismissed! Dismissed! You can imagine our excitement. Our fee was a mere percentage of what they were demanding up front. Who knows how much we would have paid if we hadn’t hired Mr. Weston. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Weston’s services to anyone and would contact him again if we found ourselves in similar circumstances.

He is just a wonderful lawyer, who can settle my debts with one creditor and one collection agency without paying them a dollar. His staffs are very professional too. From the first day I stepped in his office until today 8/6/2011 I am very satisfied with his professionalism. I am highly recommended... Mr. Weston to any one who needs legal help, specailly in financial. There is no reason for me to give Mr. Weston less than an Excellent Rating.

I did a lot research and choose Michael Weston & Associates to fight a debt collection case. They took all of the fear out of our lawsuit. They handled everything for us from the beginning to the end with an outcome of having the case dropped after only 2 months. They are professional and knowled...geable and it shows in their results.
