nonsuit
This law firm saved me from the misery and stress of being sued by a credit card company. It ended in a nonsuit and i could not be more relieved or grateful about the outcome.

Excellent Results Very Satisfied
Michael was very helpful in getting my cases dismissed. It had been four years since I had payed anything on these credit cards and was informed that the people trying to collect on them only had four years to file suit which lead to the dismissal of my cases. Thanks again Michael for the help.

Couldn't be Happier!!
I was being sued regarding a large Discover balance. My goal was to stall them until the first of the year so I could settle. Very helpful!
Mr. Weston and his team were very helpful thru this process. Easy payment plan and even when I ran into some payment problems and would have had to make 2 payments in one month, they helped me out by letting me skip November and make my final payment in January versus December. My case was dismissed ...
