I was sued for a 4 year old repo that occurred when my wife and I had both lost our jobs. I have worked hard to re-build my credit and to purchase a home. This just came out of nowhere one day. At this point, I was contacted by Mallory DeLaney, another paralegal at the firm. She informed me every step of the way everything that was going on with my case. Very professional young lady. I had a few more in-depth questions, so she referred me to Jason Hardy, one of the attorneys. He was very professional, straight forward, and completely non-judgmental, which seems to apply with everyone in this firm. He explained all of my options, which included settlement or taking my chances with the court. He didn't try to pressure me one way or the other or guarantee anything. The facts were all laid out for me, I asked more questions, (again), and I finally decided to take my chances in court. Needless to say, I was elated when he called to inform me that I had been victorious. I would never wish my situation on anyone, but if you are ever sued for a debt, hire this firm !! Best experience with an attorney that I could possibly have hoped for.

Once I gave them all the information regarding my situation, I immediately felt relieved. I don't think I realized the impact of that statement until it was all settled. They took over and settled a situation where a family member's bank funds had been seized because of my case, and continued until t...hey settled my case with much better results than I expected. I knew my costs to Weston up front, and nothing changed the whole time. I knew the average time line of the case, and was not disappointed at all in how it played out. They sent me e-mails periodically, but I was completely comfortable with this case being in their hands. They kept me informed and I knew they were on my side! They know what the client needs. Every person I spoke seemed to care about me. I am so relieved!
