I am very pleased with the way the staff and Mr. Weston kept me informed with my lawsuit. They were very quick to respond to e-mails since I do not have access to a phone during the day.When the collection agency was harassing me with several phone calls and leaving messages on my phone during the d...ay, they put an end to the harassment. Mike Weston was very professional and conscientious in settling for zero a credit card debt. He used his knowledge of the FDCPA to turn the tables on a debt collector which was threatening legal action on an old debt which had been previously settled with another debt collector.
