Very pleased client!!

I was being sued for an auto loan that I co-signed for. I was nervous and had no money to settle out of court with the plaintiff. I contacted this attorney's office and they allowed me to pay my fees on a monthly basis while working on my case. Their rates were more affordable than the other attor...ney's I called. They also did not require a retainer. The legal assistant and paralegal kept me informed every bit of the way and communicated with me regularly. They went to trial and argued that the suit was invalid and they had no right to collect this debt. In the end the judge issued a "take nothing" judgement for the plaintiff and I owe nothing.

Best lawyer in Houston

Great lawyer! Help with my case and answered any other questions I had. Helped me settle out of court for a third of what I owed. Would recommend him to any family or friends

Ah-mazing! So, very thankful that I hired Weston & Associates!

Honestly, I was very skeptical about the ability of any attorney to help with my case against Capital One. It looked like all the cards were pretty much stacked against me. I had to make the very difficult decision to borrow money to hire Weston & Associates to represent me - it was either that, or... fold to Capital One; and I wasn't ready to fold. Weston & Associates won my case and lifted a tremendous weight for me and my family!

Mr. Weston is worth your trust!

Mr. Weston and his staff were very knowledgeable and helpful with my son's and my case regarding a debt collector who was known to be and is very aggressive. The case had been sent to a court in a different city which would have been impossible for me to deal with. When I called his office the first ...time, the staff were both aware of the party I was being sued by and were very helpful by guiding me along through every step. All of the paperwork Mr. Weston's office sent me was straightforward and easy to understand. Mr. Weston's communications with the other party were clear and concise and led the courts to a dismissal of the suit. His emails with me and my son were professional and kept us informed of what our options were and what the various outcomes would be. I haven't worked with many lawyers, but Mr. Weston is honest, forthright, and does his best every step of the way. I appreciate his time as well as his staff's time. His fee was affordable and the office worked with me on a payment plan. I would definitely consult with him again should the need arise.

Results Far Exceeded Expectations!!

I was sued for a 4 year old repo that occurred when my wife and I had both lost our jobs. I have worked hard to re-build my credit and to purchase a home. This just came out of nowhere one day. I was very scared and not sure what to do or what to expect. I found Mr. Weston and his firm on the intern...et. Very skeptically, I called, not expecting much. I spoke with Kate Wallace. She was extremely courteous and non-judgmental. She took the time to answer all of my questions (some I think I asked more than once) and explained all of my options. She even gave me her personal cell phone number so I could call her if I had any more questions (which I did). This was all before I had made the decision to hire the firm, so I hadn't spent a dime as of this time. There was never any pressure to hire them. I talked it over with my wife and made the decision to proceed. They charged a very reasonable flat fee which they allowed me to pay in installments. At this point, I was contacted by Mallory DeLaney, another paralegal at the firm. She informed me every step of the way everything that was going on with my case. Very professional young lady. I had a few more in-depth questions, so she referred me to Jason Hardy, one of the attorneys. He was very professional, straight forward, and completely non-judgmental, which seems to apply with everyone in this firm. He explained all of my options, which included settlement or taking my chances with the court. He didn't try to pressure me one way or the other or guarantee anything. The facts were all laid out for me, I asked more questions, (again), and I finally decided to take my chances in court. Needless to say, I was elated when he called to inform me that I had been victorious. I would never wish my situation on anyone, but if you are ever sued for a debt, hire this firm !! Best experience with an attorney that I could possibly have hoped for.
