Mike Weston Law firm has handled about 7 credit card collection cases for us. 3 have been dismissed, 3 have been settled and 1 is still on going. His office has been very responsive and have handled everything for us. Having an attorney represent you really beats discussing your case with the credi...t card company's attorneys. All our settlements but one have had very good and the other one was fair. While they did keep me informed, I would have liked either a weekly or monthly case by case update.

I hired Michael Weston with Weston & Associates to handle my case for me being sued by a debt collector. I didnt know what to do and found Weston & Associates and they handled everything for me. They were able to get the Plantiff to voluntarily dismiss the lawsuit. They kept me in the loop and sent m...e all documents that were pertaining to my case. They were also helpful with payment arrangents to pay them.
