Customer service :(

We wait over 1 hour and 1/2 they call us for an appoint at 2 pm we arrived at 1:45 pm and told me that they forgot to schedule and just to wait is 3:20 pm and nothing happen I ask for a supervisor and they don’t care bad service

They said they couldn't help us because we didn't have a cosigner that made good money because they wanted to prove to immigration that we didn't need help from government. I am american and I couldn't even help mu husband. All that money we spent and nothing

El personal que te atiende no esta dentro de Estados Unidos está en México y Guatemala y en El Salvador nunca envian rápido los casos a inmigración y te dejan citas bien lejos

THE WORST LAW FIRM. STAFF TAKES ADVANTAGE OF YOU WANTS YOU TO DO EVERYTHING FOR LITTLE PAY THEY MAKE PEOPLE BELIEVE THEY'LL BE REEVALUATED AFTER 3 MONTHS NOT TRUE!!! THEY ALWAYS HAVE CLIENTS WAITING FOR OVER AN HR BECAUSE THERE ARE NEVER ENOUGH ASSISTANTS
