Very helpful with my car accident. Waleska explained everything and was always checking up on me to make sure things were going as planned. Any issues and she was on it. Even when the other insurance company was not responding to me, Waleska called them, and then called me back to tell me someone was... going to get back to me asap, and at that same time the other insurance company were calling me.
