Itzel was assigned to my case and did an amazing job to help fight back against the insurance company - something I definitel...y would not have been able to do alone. After a tough battle, Itzel was able to get the insurance company to claim 100% liability and get me taken care of. Although I did not spoke directly with Hilda, I can attest that Waleska is AMAZING --- she went out of her way to help me with my property damage (something she was not obligated to, but was very kind as to more than assist with that) -- always responsive (never did I have to wait days or even hours ...for a callback), she would always answer herself most of the time. Hilda's staff is knowledgeable, experienced and explained all I needed to know regarding the process of my case, answered my questions thoroughly and most of all, her team is very warm.
