Mr. Mintzer I feel is the best lawyers you can have to defend you, he treat you like a person instead of just another lawyer who cares! I got in trouble three times and every time he understood and worked with me! . You can't go wrong with him, their is no better attorney. he wanted me to call him R...and by his first name and that's okay but I call him Mr. Mintzer because he deserved it , very professional man. He cares about you. It really is a pleasure to write this review.

Best in Class Attorney

Rand is simply best in class as an attorney. I was always able to reach him when needed and he answered all the questions I had. I trusted him with my case and he went above and beyond my expectations. He is well recognized among his peers and maintains excellent, professional interactions with the o...fficials. He is not only great as an attorney but also great as a person, it was very easy for me to talk to him and discuss details, which made me feel comfortable. Scenario: • 3 Charges • 2nd Degree Felony • 2 separate counties • In possession of stolen material • Eye witnesses • Security surveillance recordings • Punishment range of 2-20 years in prison and a fine up to $10,000 Our experience with the legal process was limited to the occasional traffi...c violation. Arrest, confinement, bail bonds, arraignments, prosecuting and defense attorneys were outside our families’ life experiences. So, in an effort to learn about what needed to be done we googled the internet, arranged meetings with, and talked to several criminal attorneys. One of them recommended Rand as an outstanding criminal attorney. After one meeting, he was our choice. Rand has been realistic and sincerely honest about possible outcomes. His legal recommendations were spot on. Personally, he kept us well informed and has been easily available both in person and on the phone. His discussions with our son were both private or open. In the courtroom, he is well recognized and his interactions with officials is both personable, but professional. His professional fees are extremely reasonable. I most strongly recommend him to represent you/yours.

If you are reading reviews because you are looking for an attorney, I would like to tell you about Mr. Rand Mintzer. He was incredible. I had a fifteen year old problem that I thought could not be fixed. I went to school for my particular career but the problem kept me from working in my chosen fiel...d. Mr. Mintzer was very patient with me and explained in easy to understand terms the plan to clear the problem. He kept me updated on the progress and always answered my questions promptly. He was kind and nonjudgmental. He was easy to talk to and I felt through the entire process that my prayers were finally being answered. I felt like I finally had someone in my corner.
