A Second Chance

Rand Mintzer was able accomplish above and beyond what either of us had expected. From our first meeting until the finalization of my case, he was clear and upfront of expectations and possible outcomes that were to come and worked to his fullest capacity to ensure that the end resulted in what's bes...t for me and my case. With the difficulties that i was facing, I had peace of mind knowing that Rand was by my side. He was always accessible to me if i had any questions or concerns and kept me up to date of any changes or progress while working on my case. With his many years of experience and vast knowledge of criminal law, as long as you listen to and follow Rand's sound advice, you can't go wrong! NOT Just Another Attorney!!

Rand Mintzer was there for my family when my 17-year-old son got into some trouble at school. Our son was falsely accused, and Rand proved to the judge that there was NO probable cause, which resulted in the case being dismissed! His tactic, debating skills and presentation were top-notch. We conside...r him a strategist able to dissect a case piece-by-piece, drilling down to the details to expose error and accurately build arguments. When we found out about our son being criminally charged and going to jail, we freaked out. We found Rand Mintzer on the internet and called him. He answered his phone and got on the case immediately. He went the extra mile by allowing us to call him with concerns or questions until late at night, and then he texted the next morning at 5:30 a.m. with details about our son’s charge. We never had to call him to follow up or remind him of anything. He just took care of the case and stayed on top of it. Besides his professional skills, Rand was extremely personable, down-to-earth, and caring. Many attorneys are standoffish and stuffy, but not Rand. He made us feel comfortable and like he had known us for years. He talked with our son about his future and helped convince him to go to college, which was an answer to prayers. We are forever grateful to Rand for what he did in our time of crisis.

A Quality Attorney Who Cares

Mr. Mintzer was recommended to me by someone else that he did a great job for, so I felt confident contacting him. My situation was a very bad one and I was all out of options and scared for my future. After hiring Mr. Mintzer I left his office feeling confident and knew he would help me. He and hi...s team represented me with thorough knowledge of the law, and treated me like family. Mr. Mintzer was brilliant in court, ran circles around witnesses, fought for me and never gave up. I sat in court that day thanking God for him and his team. I could not of me better represented by anyone else, and he is a man of integrity and honesty. When you have someone like him and his team representing you the worry and fear disappear. It’s almost never you find an attorney like him, and it’s not about anything else but helping you and he always does the right thing. Case DISMISSED!

I’m so happy I met Rand Mintzer. He is honest and hardworking. My case was dismissed in 3 months because of him!! Hiring the right lawyer is the most important decision when your freedom is compromised.
