I consulted with this lawyer and pay her consultation fee, and we had oral agreement which she wanted to took the responsibility of transfering SEVIs and representing in court. I must left Houston because of attending my new university asap, we had agreement to pay her on the phone. When I arri...ved to new city, I several times attempted to pay her. On the last call when I request her to go to University of Houston in order to do transfering my SEVIs, she avoided and mistakenly tell me tell to your friends to do it. While SEVIs matters are exteremly sensetive matters and my friend according to law can not go to International school instead if me. I explained this piint for about half an hour, but she continusly making excuse to run away from going to my first University. While I had be peresent at my classes in the new university in other state and I can not return to houston to do the job. She never accept doing it, and after that she suddenly change all out agreement and told she could not do anytimg regarding reinstatement and SEVIs and told me find a new lawyer. I left Houston and I rely on her word if mouth to go the new city, but she suddenly left me and cost me to do the transfering job by myself. After that, when I requested her to take responsibility through emails. She start saying a lie story to run away from her responsibility. Although I do not want to put her comment since I only pay her consultation fee, but she In her last email threatening me to false allegations agaibst me in order to stop me to put her negative comment and much worse she threatening me to call my father in Iran. I am Iranian, After hiring and consultation two Iranian lawyers, I strongly advice you do not hire Lawyer like her since the probably think that that this country is Iran and They can do whatever they like to their clients. Now, she left me in the middle of my work and she ruined my tramsfering by running away from her responsibility.

I consulted her regarding a change of status case and got wrong advise regarding my immigration status, I've done my research before the appointment and tried to discuss with her and all I get phrases like "I'm the lawyer and I know better" so based on her request I've sent her a clear USCIS web page... showing that she is totally wrong and waited for her reply for a week and I didn't hear back. not recommended.
