Highly recommended!

Joseph was very thorough, attentive, responsive and most importantly easily accessible. Throughout the entire process I felt I was in good hands. Considering I was facing 2 felonies and a DWI my prospects were quite bleak. The result of his good work is that I ended up with a misdemeanor (probation) ...and 2 dismissals. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a criminal defense attorney.

Excellent Lawyer!

My case was handled by Mr. Ruiz in a timely matter. He went over all aspects and explained the status of my case throughout the entire time. To start off, I won my ALR hearing, which lets me keep my license valid. Ultimately I was pleased with the final outcome of my reduced charge of .23 to a regula...r DWI which saved me $3000 in surcharges. My fine could have also been greater but was set for $300. I would recommend his services to anyone! Great location, excellent communication and best of all OUTSTANDING results!

Excellent and Professional Lawyer

I definitely recommend Mr. Ruiz for representation. I was in a huge predicament after receiving a DWI for being over the legal limit. He was very professional and straightforward with our approach to trying to get it resolved. He made me feel at ease and i knew i was in good hands. Thankful for Joseph
