DUI case

Atty. Ruiz defended me with my first charge of felony DUI. I had a million questions and concerns. He helped me with each one, always informative and patient. Felony was reduced to misdemeanor..thank goodness. Very grateful for his guidance and thoroughness. I can only imagine what other outcome ...I would've had without his work.

OMG DWI dismmed My humble thanks to you sir !!!!

Joseph was a wonderful helping attorney - he is always available ,and reply to calls .iam immigrant when i was not aware of laws he explained me completely aboyt DWI and also i need to travel back to my country due to my visa issue he helped me remotely to get the case dimissed !!! I Would Remember Mr.Ruiz for a DWI case for you

I was charged with a unlawful handgun in my truck and during the test for my BAC, I blew a .19 and the legal limit is .08. Naturally, I was losing my mind over these charges because I was scared about be fired at my job. So I started looking for lawyer that majored in DWI's and were successful with t...he trials that were giving. I personally consulted about 4 other lawyers before him and they were ridiculously overpriced, then I received a letter of a bunch of lawyers and did my research on all the letters I've received and his reviews seem promising. I consulted with Mr.Ruiz and he was straight forward about everything and is reasonably priced. I hired him as my attorney, he has helped get my criminal conviction off my record and was able to get me into the DWI Pretrial which is kind of hard to get in since my BAC was .19. As long as you provide all the information he asks for and have it all done within a certain period of time, he will for sure be successful with your trial. I would recommend him for anyone that has any charges for DWI.

Case Dismissed!

I had a DWI charge in which probable cause was questionable from the beginning. That being said, the Harris County DA elected to continue to prosecute the case. Meanwhile there was an ALR hearing in Austin; Mr. Ruiz chose not only to attend the hearing, but also to cross-examine the arresting officer..., resulting in his admission of not having a viable reason to stop my vehicle. Using a transcript of the officer's sworn testimony, we were able to successfully convince the Court to dismiss the case in its entirety, due to insufficient probable cause. Mr. Ruiz's talent is unparalleled in the fact that he is unlike the vast majority of lawyers that toss your case around, amongst a multitude of paralegal assistants. He personally devotes his time to your case and his attention to detail is invaluable. He has an affinity for cross-examination and is very responsive to email, text and phone.
