Felony (3rd) DWI Case

I would highly recommend The Joseph Ruiz Law Firm for any criminal defense especially DWI cases. I was recommended to this particular law firm from highly top ranked law firms in the Harris County just because they couldn't travel outside Harris County Lines. Joseph Ruiz Law Firm took my (3rd) DWI Ca...se even though my BAC was .29 & I was looking at 4 Years in prison with 2 prior DWI's a 3rd being a felony. My attorney fought for me & my family never losing visual of the importance this meant to the well being of my families' future & my work status! After examining all the evidence & cross examining officers the County had no choice but to order a DISMISSAL of my case. NEVER GIVE UP! I feel my attorney did his best & is more than knowledgeable of all the new cases & laws in present time to help anyone win their own case!

A GREAT ATTORNEY AND TRUE PROFESSIONAL

Mr.Ruiz saved my livelihood. I was facing the possibility of having my CDL license suspended and losing my income. He fought the courts/ DA and kept me informed every step of the way . Mr Ruiz showed a tremendous amount of empathy and compassion for my family and I during the entire process. When I... called with questions and insecurities , he always answered or responded in a timely fashion to answer the questioned and concerns I had. Not once did he push me off to his paralegal or assistant. He always picked up or called back personally. DWI DISMISSED
