Straight forward Attorney with sound advice.

Got me off a very serious charge of DWI 3rd Offence (Felony) and got it lowered to Class A Misdemeanor 2nd DWI.Have to do some time but better than a Felony.You really don't want a Felony on your record.I am satisfied with the plea deal he got for me.His services are very reasonably priced and he is ...easy to to talk with. Case Dismissed!

Thanks to Joseph's help, my case got dismissed. It look bad at some point, but after making some good decisions and being patient we were able to get it this DWI case dismissed! Thanks a lot Joseph for you help!

DWI

Mr Ruiz used his excellent detail knowledge on everything around DWI and the related laws, technics and sampling for breath and blood tests, field sobriety test to help me in my problematic case. (I needed special help because I am not a US citizen, being here on a 2 year assignment for my company ...originally from Europe). He took care of the ALR hearing and all court issues. He explained me in every stage of the process what I could expect. With his explanations I was able to make decisions that I had to make on my own responsability. Finally it came to a trial. He used his experience and knowledge in DWI cases to explain the Jury in very clear way the reasonable doubt in the overall test results. I highly recommend Mr Ruiz for DWI cases.

"Hard Worker" for you!

I would like to thank Joseph for his hard work and knowledge on my criminal cases. I was pulled over and arrested for DWI on 2013. We went to trail and prevailed. Sad to say I had an altercation at a bar in 2015 and was also arrested for aggravated assault. Once again Mr. Ruiz was able to get me off ...in this case before trial. It was money well spent for the service. Give him a call and he will try hard to help you in your unfortunate circumstance.

Representation

Attorney Joseph Ruiz helped me fight my traffic ticket with outstanding representation, on a very VERY busy day. He was able to get my ticket dismissed, off my driving record.
