I have since talked to another lawyer since my case was handled by Lee. He stated that I ended up paying much more than I should have based on how a judge views such things as paying for my opponents lawyer's fees (rare and only in cases of breaking past agreements). I ended up doing most of the work... but he got paid for hours of making a phone call here and there (which had no affect on the outcome). I simply wished he had told me he was over his head and I would have gladly paid for the time he spent on my case. He is a nice guy but he simply was ready to go home when the court date came.
