Brian Elliott White

About me

We treat every case as if it were our own.  We have a reputation as being smart, proactive lawyers that will fight for every penny that our clients are entitled to.

Our experience includes working on the other side of the ball.  In the past, Mr. White worked for a large international law firm representing large corporations and insurance companies defending lawsuits.  As a result of that experience, Mr. White has a very good understanding of how an opponant will work up a case.  This knowledge is very useful in developing a successful strategy.

Mr. White enjoys trying cases to juries.  In the last several years, Mr. White has tried on average one case every eight weeks.  This results in not only familiarity with the nuances of trying cases, but also reinfornces to insurance company and opposing counsel that we're not afraid to try a case.
