Tyler Flood is a master of his craft. He has a great legal team, and they all are working behind the scenes for you. All the other attorneys I consulted in Houston (about five) told me that I should take a plea and just do probation. But I'm in a profession where this specific charge is highly frowned upon, so having this stain on my record wasn't really an option. In Texas, you can basically take a plea and admit guilt or fight the charge, so I wanted to fight it. And Tyler was the only attorney who looked me in the eye and said that he was willing to fight every inch for me and my case. Tyler promises no miracles - Only that he is willing to do everything in his power to help you. If you have a pending DWI, then be patient. You are in for a long ride. It took a full year for me to go to trial and that is less time than most defendants from what I've heard. As Tyler advised patience, it paid off... I got moved to a nicer judge, a witness moved, and the state made clerical mistakes. Tyler fought calmly like a Jedi master, and we ended up with a CASE DISMISSED. Tyler is the premier attorney for this. You get what you pay for. A guy who will fight for you.

Tyler Flood & Associates did an awesome job handling my 2nd DWI offense. James Fletcher was my lawyer and he always kept me up to date, was very helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. In fact anyone I spoke to from the firm was always very quick and helpful with whatever I needed. They took my case to trial and did a wonderful job getting a not guilty verdict. Their team really came together to do some amazing work in court ! My family and I are very thankful and appreciative of everything they were able to do for me!

DISMISSED...The best word I have heard in a year!! After the long, dragged out process of the Harris County criminal courts, Tyler Flood beat my case. It's scary without a doubt and I know that anyone who is reading this now will be feeling tons of emotions and hoping for someone to be on their side. Now, I can tell you, "Don't worry!" These are the same words Tyler said to me and believing in that was hard under these circumstances, but believe me, he really knows what he is doing. He is the EXPERT on this kind of case by far and you will be impressed! In quick detail about my experience, it started out with my first meeting with an associate on a Sunday (a great help for those who have to work during the week). The team gather your information, details, etc. You will feel it's tedious but it is necessary; he does need to know everything because he will use it all against the prosecutor. If I had a question, I can talk to someone very quickly. James and Justin (associates) are great to make you feel at ease, and you'll need this throughout this process of court resets, etc. Until the day of trial (which you do want your day in court because I have seen it now with my own eyes on how many mistakes the police, prosecutors, and all the in-between do!), that's when Tyler and Andrea (the best paralegal) come in completely prepared and ready to go! Tyler did not give up and challenged everything and DID NOT BACK DOWN. In the end, it was dismissed and we all hugged each other from joy. Tyler, Andrea, Justin and James... thank you, thank you! For those of you who need an attorney in his field of expertise, call Tyler Flood & Associates!

My case involved a car accident and a blood draw with a BAC over .15 after refusing to submit to both breath and blood. Thankfully, no other vehicle was involved, and no one was hurt. Tyler Flood, being the confident and excellent litigator that he is, took my case to trial after us being denied Pre-Trial Diversion, and had my case dismissed after being in trial for maybe 3 hours total over 2 days. Tyler Motioned to Suppress on grounds of an unreasonably lengthy detention period where no DWI investigation occurred or was even in the works. Tyler had a convincing argument for the judge who eventually granted the motion. Thus, all evidence (video, blood draw, SFSTs, etc) collected at or after the incident could not be used against me. The State decided to dismiss the case 5 minutes after the Motion to Suppress was granted since it became self-evident that they could not meet the burden of proof. I am forever grateful to Tyler Flood. He saves the lives of good and innocent people by protecting our rights in a system that gets harsher and more unfair everyday. One thing I will add is that Tyler's trial law skills are unlike anybody I have ever seen, heard or even read about. He is phenomenal in the courtroom, and I wholeheartedly recommend Tyler to anybody who finds themselves in an unforgiving situation due to unjust protocol. Thank you so much, Tyler. You gave me my life back!

Tyler Flood was amazing! Even with blood evidence against me, he was awesome and still won my case. I would recommend him to anyone. I couldn't of picked anyone better to represent me. Tyler really knows his stuff!

I've used Tyler on two separate occasions. I had one case dismissed and the other found not guilty. He and his team do an amazing job of keeping me informed and updated on what's going on in court, my options, and their honest opinions about what would happen during my case. They are extremely professional from day one and worth every penny. I wouldn't recommend any other lawyer in Harris county to fight my DUI.

Tyler Flood came highly recommended and he lived up to the hype. He and all of his team were great. They kept me well informed and helped me get through a difficult situation. He won my case and I am truly grateful I had him on my side.

I was pulled over on St Patrick's day 2013 for suspicion of DWI. Tyler Flood and his associates did an amazing job on my case. I met with several other lawyers and liked Tyler from the beginning because I felt like he cared about actually winning my case rather than just taking my money to plea guilty. Tyler let me know that since this was my 1st offense that I should go to trial because if found guilty the sentencing would probably be similar. I'm glad that I took his advice.
I have learned that there are 2 parts to a DWI trial. The ALR (license hearing) and the actual DWI trial.
Tyler subpoenaed the arresting officer for the ALR hearing and he didn't show up, so we won that (my license was never suspended). I did not have to show up for this at all.
When the actual trial came around I got good news very early. I was pulled over on a "no refusal weekend" and submitted a blood sample once I arrived at the police station. Tyler subpoenaed the officer that drew my blood and she did not show so the state was not able to use that as evidence in trial. Once the trial actually started Tyler was able to very eloquently prove that the arresting officer changed his story under oath about his reason for pulling me over and the judge dismissed my case.
I can honestly say that I had no confidence I would come out of this situation on top since the odds were stacked so high against me. Pulled over on St Patrick's day, blood test well over the legal limit and field sobriety tests caught on a dash camera that I didn't look so great in. However, Tyler Flood and Associates confidently took my case and got it dismissed!
I realize that I did get very lucky, but I would definitely recommend Tyler Flood and Associates to anyone that finds themselves in this unfortunate situation. You will be impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail during the entire process. If it is your first offense my advice would be not to settle with a lawyer that just wants to take your money to get a plea deal. Go with Tyler Flood and Associates because they will passionately fight for you to get a not guilty or to have it dismissed! They actually care about their clients. Going with Tyler Flood and Associates was the best decision I've made in a very long time and I am forever grateful to them.
Always remember, the burden of proof is on the state and you are innocent until proven guilty. If you get pulled over for DWI don't panic and think your life is over. Call Tyler Flood and be confident that you have the best DWI lawyer available, because you do!

I broke the law. Simple as that and have no one to blame but myself and it is not a common thing for me but it happened. Tyler Flood and his associates are very proffesional and worth every penny and they don't ask for more. Tyler and his lawyers will do everything, they will do the best that anyone else cannot do through however long it takes. In the end, they usually win. However, you and I broke the law and we can only blame ourselves and lawyers sometimes can't win. Going with this firm and Tyler will give you the best chances of any chance you have. Would always suggest this lawyer and his firm. 5 stars definitely and worth it. Thank you Tyler and associates for everything you have done. Sincerely Daniel Griffin-Beale
