Case Dismissed!!
Mr. Gardner worked my case for 6 months. He did everything he could and even a little more! He didn't give up and he fought for me. He was willing to do anything it took to get my case dismissed even it included taking it to trial. He got the CASE DISMISSED through all his hard work.

Sam got the best outcome that I could have ever hoped for!
Before I hired Sam, my court appointed attorney told me I was facing 7 years TDC. Sam got my case reduced to class A misdemeanor and I didn't do any jail time. I would recommend him to anybody looking for an attorney.

Best Decision I've Made
I was accused of family assault. Sam got my case dismissed. He was really willing to push my case, we were ready to go to trial and the DA ended up throwing it out. My first lawyer tried to make me plead out but I didn't break the law and wasn't willing to take a deal. I truly appreciate Sam's belief...

Not Guilty! Thank you!
I was accused of evading arrest. The case was taken to trial and thanks to Mr. Gardner, I was found not guilty by a jury. His advice and guidance will help me in the future too. Thank you!

Got me out of a bind
Helped get a case dismissed and proved my innocence. I was wrongly accused and needed help with the legal side of things. A++
