I was in need of an attorney and despite dozens of attorneys that I spoke to, none of them seemed to meet my most basic requirement: it was extremely important to me that I had an attorney who would personally handle my case and who would defend me with the same care that he would if it were his favo...rite relative needing his services. I received that care and much more from Attorney Gardner. From the first meeting, it was obvious to me that he would give his very best to defend me. I have not had the best luck when it came to hiring attorneys in the past or dealing with our judicial system, but this time around Mr. Gardner made it a lot easier to deal with. I was nervous about hiring him because he was so affordable but once I had the opportunity to speak with him about my case..., I greatly appreciated him being upfront and not jerking me around. There were tense moments for myself in he courtroom due to family issues and every time Mr. Gardner knew exactly how to handle it, calm me down, and put my mind at ease. Luckily my case was dismissed just like he thought it would be, but if it would have gone on longer or if things did not go the way we had planned I would still recommend him because I know he did everything he could for me.

In August 2013, I was arraigned and charged with misdemeanor assault with bodily injury. I entered a plea of not guilty. I felt prepared and knew that we would win. Each side presented their case, witnesses were allowed to tell their side of the story, and Samuel allowed me to tell mine. In the end, we were successful, and the jury came back with a non-guilty verdict. I can not thank Samuel enough, and would definitely recommend his services.
