It was an absolute sincere pleasure working with Mr. Josh Davis and the Davis Law Group on a hail and property damage claim. Mr. Davis and his staff provided personalized attention through this whole ordeal. Every member of his staff was professional, skilled, and exceptionally competent. They were also comforting and compassionate as they walked this journey with us, and beside us.
This was a case of an $80 billion dollar insurance giant attempting to wear down and run over regular people. This was David vs. Goliath.
We were so fortunate to have Josh represent us. He embodied the word “represent”. I came to understand that Josh took on our case with personal interest and enthusiasm. He intensely fought for our family as if we were lifelong friends.
It is rare to find someone who truly believes in what he does every day, and devotes the unconditional time and energy into his work. From the start, I had absolute confidence in his abilities. He consistently demonstrated respect for his clients and is so easy to talk with. He also has solid listening skills. His expertise and his ability to think outside the box is extremely energizing and exciting. He also encourages and welcomes client interaction.
He brings a disarming and comforting demeanor to his clients and a stern and confident approach towards the opposing attorney.
We were impressed with his insurgency and his strong-willed nature, and his pure persistence in the case.
He is relentless in discovery and advocating for his clients. He leaves no stone unturned. His strong and disciplined work ethics and immense intelligence combined with his ability to fiercely focus makes him a mighty presence in the courtroom.
Some people fail to realize the choice of an attorney may affect the rest of their life. I thank God every day that Josh made our life better. Josh and his staff was a true blessing to our family. We won at trial, and David again defeated Goliath.

Working with Josh Davis Law Firm was a success in our case. What we particularly liked about the experience with the firm was that they handled our case remarkably. Every time we had doubt and/or questions they were very cooperative and did not hesitate in answering. Along with having an excellent way of communication they are very flexible and work with your schedule. Being a Spanish speaking family and not having many knowledge in structure settlements or experience with attorneys they made it possible to understand and were extremely helpful. We were very pleased with the end result for our case. This life changing experience exceeded our expectations for service and flexibility. It was an honor working with Josh David Law Firm.

Relationship: Worked together on matter
I have had the pleasure of working with Josh Davis as co-counsel on several complex personal injury and bad faith insurance cases. Josh is very hard working and always puts his client's interests ahead of his own. I have had several opportunities to observe Josh in the courtroom and he is an extremely seasoned trial attorney. Because of these attributes, I would not hesitate to recommend Josh to anyone looking to hire an attorney to handle their personal injury or bad faith insurance dispute. In fact, I have referred clients to the Josh Davis Law Firm and will continue to do so in the future.
