We fight Goliath everyday and enjoy it.
I primarily represent individuals against large insurance companies, the State of Texas, and corporations. I am dedicated to civil rights, thus, on a select basis I assist clients investigated or charged with criminal matters in state, federal, and military courts.
I have been engaged in employment and personal injury matters since I first started practicing law. I have worked with clients on matters such as EEO, EEOC, OSHA, and Nursing Board complaints. I enjoy negotiating favorable resolutions for clients in effort to avoid litigation. I diligently handle both federal and state lawsuits all the way through trial. In addition, I am familiar with administrative proceedings for EEO, EEOC, TWC, and the Board of Nursing. In addition, I have handled claims related to accidents involving cars, buses, premises liability, offensive touching and product defect matters.
I truly love supporting my hard-working clients who have usually been mistreated and abused.
Aside from the practice of law, I am a decorated Operation Iraqi Freedom veteran who still proudly serves in the Army Reserves as a Judge Advocate. For that reason, I do accept military cases.
