Not qualified to file a motion let alone fight a case

I left the consultation genuinely concerned that this person is practicing law at all. He showed a shocking lack of understanding of basic statutes, had no professional structure to the conversation, and spent more time promoting his TikTok than offering actual legal insight. After ten minutes it was... clear he was completely unprepared to handle anything beyond surface level discussion, and learning afterward that his primary work centers on representing sex offenders only reinforced how deeply misaligned his judgment and professionalism are. I would strongly advise anyone to look elsewhere for competent, serious legal representation.

High-Cost Consultation, Very General Answers

I paid $500 for a consultation with Alain Jayoma hoping to get a thoughtful second opinion on my criminal case, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. During the consult, he did not review any of my case documents and stated he could not even locate my case. Despite that, he stil...l gave very definitive opinions about outcomes (like saying extradition was ā€œ100%ā€ certain) without reviewing the warrant, filings, or specifics of my situation. I was expecting a case-specific analysis, not general assumptions. When I mentioned I had heard mixed information elsewhere, he responded sarcastically instead of explaining his reasoning in a professional way. He also used extreme hypothetical examples involving violent crimes that were not relevant to my non-violent case, which felt unnecessary and unhelpful rather than informative. For a paid legal consultation at that price point, I expected: - Document review or at least a request for case details - A measured, fact-based assessment - Professional and respectful communication Instead, the consult felt rushed, generalized, and dismissive. I’m sure he is a knowledgeable attorney, but my personal experience as a paying client was that the advice was not tailored to my actual case and the tone did not match the level of professionalism I expected for a $500 consultation.
