I paid mr stout 10 grand for a sexual assault on a child case. Sounds way worse then it was. This was 13 years ago, I was dating a 16yr old girl when I was 19 and her dad pressed charges on me. Charged me a lot of money, made all kinds of promises thru the para-legal and then did nothing in court. Was not prepared with facts frm my case, not responsive to phone calls and wanted me to make new appt and pay additional retainer fee for issues relating to the case. He has also failed to keep me... informed of agreement reached on an issue heard in court hearing and will not provide me a copy of the order that was filed.
