I hired Erin B.SHANK to help me with a chapter 13 bankruptcy. Erin and her staff were courteous and respectful, I was feeling a great deal of shame over my situation and Erin helped me to realize sometimes bad things happen to goodo people. Erin and her staff kept in touch frequently and worked around my crazy work schedule. Even after the case was discharged someone filed a frivolous law suite that could have cost me tens of thousands of dollars plus attorney fees. Erin filled the appropriate papers ( she hast vast amounts of experience and a state of the art computer system) anyway the case was dismissed and I am on my way to rebuilding my life. I recommend anyone out there seeking the most experienced and competent bankruptcy attorney to call Erin B.Shank. I couldn't be happier with my decision to call her.

Erin Shank helped my dad and I work through the intricacies of his very complicated bankruptcy. There were a lot of moving parts and at times I felt overwhelm. When I left her office, I felt relief because we had a plan for getting back to the light.

My husband and I found ourselves in a position we had never thought would come, we were overwhelmed by credit card debit and medical expenses. We had moved to Texas for a fresh start and employment, (which meant we had left a lot of debt behind) and we had consulted earlier on (after first moving here) and we were told that we did not need a bankruptcy. When we met The staff at Erin B. Shanks office we were guided through the process and informed on all areas of bankruptcy so we were able to make an informed decision. We are forever grateful to Ms. Shank and her staff. The atmosphere in the office is relaxing and everyone treated us more like family than clientele. I would and have recommended Ms. Shanks firm to friends, family and even friends of friends that may be pondering the idea of bankruptcy. I will ONLY recommend Ms. Shanks office, I had other free consultations and none of them made feel like it was were I belonged. If you want the best Ms. Shank is it!!!!!
