The house was also awarded to me & he didn't receive any of my retirement. Even after my divorce was over she explained in detail on what I would have to do next since my ex husband doesn't pay his child support. They do ask for a lot of documentations and they are very organized with it all! I recommend that you lay everything on the table during your consultation so that they are able to better assist you with all your needs.
