I needed a modification for child support to reflect my new salary since it was drastically lower than my previous job. However, I was on my way overseas and I needed this paperwork quickly so my ex could sign it. I was told that it would only take a week to get this paperwork. $1000 and 3 weeks l...ater I finally got a copy of the modification. I had already left the country and had to have my current wife get the paperwork and try and get my ex-wife to sign them. Of course that did not go over well. The ONLY reason I hired Keiko was for this paperwork that was supposed to only take a week. I called her paralegal several times. I was always told I she would call me back... she never did. I always had to call back. Her paralegal set an appointment at 2pm to go over the documentation to make sure it was legit. She wasn't even there for the appointment! I tried to ask Keiko herself questions about the documentation and she told me to schedule an appointment!!?? I will never use her office again.

What a waste of space. She was horrible. She got the ball rolling but due to her inept record keeping, all that has to happen to bump her off a case is to insist that you have, in fact, had a consultation with her. Then, when you need your final bill (not that you've ever been given a bill) there is ...a duck and cover from everyone in that office. Everyone from the accountant to the receptionist plays a blame game and stalls with promises of a return phone call. What law office doesn't send out a bill unless you request it? Also, who in the heck blows through a $2500 retainer for sham work and one court date? Due to an outdated browser, categories should all show a POOR rating. If there was something less, then I would put it.

This lady is the worst! She lied and said that she called me and had meeting with me which in fact she didn't (supposedly that added up to $2,500) out of $2,500 that I gave her I got a 1 week temporary restraining order on my ex and then she had the nerve to stand me up at court and after waiting an ...hr her secretary called and told me the court hearing was cancelled, to fire her I had to pay $5,000 for nothing and I just got another bill 2 years later after paying it all off saying goes I still owe $700 people please do not hire her!! Please be careful. All she wants is money.... I was a single mother and she took advantage of my situation.
