I was pushed off onto this Attorney by my appointed one. He made many mistakes and did not help me as he should have. I was convinced to take a "plea bargain." BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE! I was young, no family really, not a lot of money but gave everything I had...sat in jail forever....what was I sup to do? I was scared to death..I had charges on me that were false! had never been in trouble. I lost my son, my life and am still paying for it...and do you think he cares? NO..you are only as good as your money, and even then you are not! I finally studied some law myself and have obtained ALL of my prior convictions and paperwork that clearly proves I was innocent!! I am getting a good Attorney this time and fighting my record, which has ruined any career I ever wanted, any job I needed and still need! His uncaring mistakes cost me my life and I am fighting to get it back. I would not recommend this Attorney. EVER!

I believe in reviewing a service provider whether they worked exceptionally or didn't perform to my expectations. This review is long overdue but here goes. I Modified my child support at the end of 2013. Mr. Barina showed up in court prompt, clean, cut and on time. He was extremely knowledgeable and experienced in the field of family. I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Sawyer his paralegal at the time she did an awesome job. At court Mr. Barina is like floyd may weather in the ring. It becomes apparent that this man lives eats and sleeps in court. The modification was quite complicated because he changed the order so that I could pay the house that my ex lived at as the child support opposed to sending her a check AND on top of that paying the house that she lived at. What made matters more complicated was that the judge did not want to buy it. He had actually changed the date so that we would have to come back to court 2 weeks later. It was very hard for me to hear that from the judge, since I would have to travel all the way home 800 miles and then back in 2 weeks. However Mr. Barina convinced me to call my ex so that he could explain the situation to her and highlight the benefits that it entailed. So my ex came into court Mr. Barina explained to her the order and the benefits thereof for all parties involved. He waltzed into the court room and spoke with the judge so that I wouldn't have to return in 2 weeks (especially since I was low on cash). My ex signed the paperwork. Voila nightmare over! Bobby is an attorney that looks out for his clients, I would recommend him and use his services again!

i never made contact with Mr. Barina only on my first visit and on court dates . I call the office and only get an outside answering service. The paralegal there is very rude and she act as if she is the attorney . I only choose Mr. Barina because I hired him once before and he was excellent but times have changed as he never responded to any of my email or phone calls. He is a very passive attorney and only wants you to take the easy route Mr. Barina is not an aggressive attorney and for the price he asks for is no worth the service. Unfortunately I wish the old Mr. Barina would wake but I will never know because I won't ever use his services again as I had to report him and his staff to the bar. Do research even if you have used an attorney before I will never recommend this attorney to any.

Mr Barina and the staff were very helpful all through the divorce and custody. They handled my case and I was very pleased with the outcome. The key to quality and efficiency is professionalism, and that is what Mr Barina delivered.

I was a client of Mr. Barina in 2014. I retained him to assist with my divorce. All the documents required to help finalize my divorce (such as documents in order to remove my name from title of house) were not completed, I have yet to receive any documentation. I called a few months ago to ask about the forms when I realized I did not receive them, and was told I would have to pay for that to be completed. My name was spelled incorrectly in my name change for the divorce, and I was generally unhappy with the process. Mr. Barina did not attend my final hearing, instead sent an associate attorney, whom I had never met, and I was not informed this would be the case. The attorney sent in his place was late to court. Phone calls and emails were never returned, and the office staff was extremely rude.
I am now in the process of attempting to return to court to modify agreements for my custody and child support orders, roughly a year after my case was finalized.

I can say my world was turned upside down, and never thought I would need the assistance of an attorney. While conducting a Google search, I found Bobby Dale Barina. After reading their home page, my gut said go with them, and I’m glad I did. They are very professional and gave me great advice along the way. When I thought that all hope was gone, the expert advice of the talented lawyers and staff helped me every step of the way. I was never kept in the dark, and was always advised of the steps I needed to take. My case was later dismissed and I was able to work on getting my life back together. I highly recommend these professionals to anyone in need of a great defense attorney.

I used Mr. Barina as my attorney in a child custody case earlier this year. He did a good job of letting me know what needed to be done to get the child support adjusted for my son. His staff was extremely helpful when Mr. Barina was otherwise indisposed, and they knew what was going on everytime I asked. I appreciate the team effort put forward by Mr. Barina and his employees. His associate attorney even went to court one time when I couldn't and that saved having to get the case reset which would have taken longer. I appreciate everything you all did for me. Thank you.

My attorney represented me for my Military Divorce that also included, Child Custody and Support for my 4 year old daughter and Military Retirement Benefits and spousal support for myself. The entire staff that I worked with especially Leslie (Paralegal) kept me informed every step of the way and always looked out for what was best for my daughter and I. At first I was very nervous to hire an attorney without flying back to Texas to meet with them in person but after one phone call and email correspondence I did in fact hire Bobby Dale Barina to represent me and my daughter. I have never formerly met any of the staff but I feel like I have known them for years. My Divorce was finalized this month April 2014 and I received everything I asked for. Yes I recommend Bobby Dale Barina Law Firm for anyone who is looking for an attorney that will do whatever it takes to get what you deserve!!! Again I am very satisfied and pleased. Divorce is never an easy thing to go through and it was very rough for me in the beginning but thanks to the Bobby Dale Barina Law Firm the ending was much more smoother for me and my daughter. Thank You Again to Paralegal Leslie Sawyer, Attorney Bobby Barina, and Attorney Tyler J Woudwyk for all of your time, patience, and understanding on my case.

I am currently a client of Mr. Barina's in the past two months I have left several messages and he has failed to return any of my calls. Upon his professional suggestion instead of going to court I agreed to meditation, the opposing client has failed to set an appointment, we even came to an agreement and then nothing for very close to 3 months. I have sent messages to him, called him, I have even requested to set a new court date due to the lack of communication from the opposing party and yet no reply. I would not recommend him, they are very friendly at the beginning but as time passes so does their helpfulness. I honestly do not know what steps to take next and feel I may have to spend more money hiring a different lawyer.

I employed Mr. Barina's law firm at the end of August of this year. When I called all these different law firms no one called me back except Mr. Barina from his private cell. His call back was prompt, as soon as I explained the situation without hesitation he explained that we needed to modify and register the order with Texas. He was sympathetic to my situation, being out of a job is very difficult I am now retired due to the injuries I suffered in a deployed environment. As soon as I hung up I felt relieved I just had this peace of mind. I have been working with his paralegal Ms. Sawyer, she has been working my case, she is an exceptional paralegal. I even sent her a message telling her she was the best paralegal. She is very professional, courteous and respectful. This case has been very debilitating for me so much worrying and aspirations that justice will be served. I have a court date this week, I will provide an update when my case has concluded and give the rest of my experience with this law firm. V/R Retired U.S. Army Combat Vet
