Bullied

During my free consultation I believe that’s how I spell it. Mr. Quincy was making fun of me because I was blinking and stuttering. So the law firm judges on your appearance and your body actions. Over priced for not knowing the difference between a felony and a misdemeanor.

Dear Mr. Marshall, I can only hope you are confused and not deliberately lying. Quincy Hall did not and would never "make fun" of you or any person for any reason. During your consultation you explained to Quincy that you stutter. He did not judge you for your stutter or blinking. He understood all too well the challenge it can pose and was indeed empathetic. In fact, Quincy told you that he has a stutter and did his best to put you at ease. Furthermore, Quincy, an associate lawyer in my firm, correctly advised you on the law and explained how we could assist you. The fee he quoted to you was fair and reasonable for the cases currently pending against you. I hope you will find a lawyer that you can work with. Good luck with your cases, Mary Beth

Not impressed

I consulted with and hired Ms. Harrell as my husband's personal attorney. We are not from in town and many positive things we said before we hired her. She really seemed to take the time to listen during the consultation, answered some questions, and I felt good about hiring her. After the money was ...paid to retain her, she suddenly didn't seem so helpful and things turned out much differently than what was said. I very much feel that she dropped the ball and seemed uninterested in our case after she was paid (and she was not cheap either). I'm not sure of this was because we were from further away or what the issue was, but I was VERY disappointed and very upset. Even when I had specific concerns, I was unable to speak with her directly and had to speak with the secretary. I'm glad our ordeal is over with now, but I very much wish I would have hired someone else from the start.
