Wrongly charged for DUI. Mrs. Harrell's office saved me.

I was pulled over late at night outside of Belton for swerving. I was on my way home to Gatesville, coming from dropping a friend off in Austin. I informed the officers I was extremely tired and was looking for a place to pull over to sleep. They administered a field sobriety test, even though I told... them I doubted I could perform the tasks due to the fact that I have chronic back and leg pain and am severely over weight. They still made me go through with them, and I was arrested and charged with DUI. I consulted Mrs. Harrell's office about my case and as soon as I spoke with one of her attorneys, Kallee Congdon, I already felt at ease. I knew I was making the right choice by hiring them to handle my case. Throughout the next several months Ms. Congdon kept me up to date and informed. Eventually, we were offered a plea-deal of probation and a lesser charge of Reckless Driving. I was fine with the charge, as I was driving, admittedly, reckless. I was not ok with probation, though. Kallee was able to work out a deal that was to my liking, with and even lesser charge and no convictions, no probation fees, no reporting to a probation officer, etc. It felt good to be able to live my life again without that dark cloud lingering over me and that weight on my shoulders. I would recommend Mrs. Harrell's team to anyone charged with DUI/DWI.

Best attorney in Killeen

I was arrested for DWI. Mary Elizabeth Harrell and her team were excellent throughout the entire process. I was able to set up an affordable payment plan and her and her team were able to get me an occupational license so I was still able to drive myself to work. Her and her team kept me updated r...egularly and went above and beyond my expectations. Any questions I had were answered punctually and thoroughly so I was never left wondering what will happen next. Although this was a very bad decision on my part to drink and drive, choosing Mary Elizabeth Harrell as my attorney was the best decision I could have made under the circumstances. I would recommend anyone who has been arrested for DWI to hire Mary Elizabeth Harrell to represent and fight for you.

Absolutely the VERY BEST!!!

I was arrested for a DWI (first offense). Needless to say, this was an extremely low point in my life. I was able to receive a consultation on the same day that I walked into the law firm. From the very beginning, Ms. Harrell and her team (Marina and Theresa), were professional, informative, and reas...suring. Throughout the 23-month ordeal, they worked diligently to keep me informed and guided me through each step of the process (and there's a lot to it-trust me!). She relentlessly negotiated with the DA, ultimately resulting in my admission into a pre-trial diversion program (guiding me every step of the way through all of the requirements)and dismissal of all charges. They were even able to get my record expunged completely! Ms. Harrell and her team made every possible effort to expedite the process as quickly as the law will allow so that my life could return to "normal". Although I have no intention of ever stepping in their office again, I cannot possible express my appreciation for getting me a "second chance". I would definitely, without hesitation, recommend this law firm to anyone (family and friends included) in need of legal assistance. You will not be disappointed!
