Impressive Attorney

I highly recommend Mary Beth Harrell. I first had the opportunity to meet Mary Beth when I served on a jury trial in April 2013. Mary Beth was defending a man charged with continuous sexual assault of a child, and two more felony counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child. We the jury found him N...OT guilty on all three charges. I was very impressed by Mary Beth and told all my family and friends, ''If I ever need an attorney, I will certainly use Mary Beth Harrell" In June of 2013 I found myself in need of an attorney for my son. He was arrested for the felony charge of Burglary of a Habitation. He could have been sentenced to 20 years in prison. I didn't hesitate to call Mary Beth. She kept him out of prison and he was not convicted of the felony. She was able to get him the help he needed. He got a job and probation. I will forever be grateful for all her and her legal assistants' hard work. Her legal assistants Marina and Teresa were very professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful.

Awesome Lawyer

Mary Beth Harrell is an awesome lawyer. She exudes courtroom confidence that comes from being well-prepared. In my case I was charged with a Burglary of a Habitation with Intent to Commit Sexual Assault. The odds were stacked against me because of my 1987 Federal felony conviction for Rape and I was ...still on parole for that case. The police, detectives, prosecutor and his staff concluded I was guilty of the new charge when I was truly innocent. Mary Beth Harrell proved with her expertise in law and patience that victory can be achieved, even against the odds. Because of her unwavering commitment to my case, one year later my case was dismissed. Mary Beth Harrell and her staff exemplify professionalism and dedication. Attorney Mary Beth Harrell is outstanding. So if you are looking for an attorney that will give you 100% and most of all "keep it real" with you, then there is none better.

Expeditious and steadfast

Mary Beth is an awesome attorney.I wasbeing charged for assault to a family member after fighting with my cheating husband. Although I was wrong for what I did, she proved to the DA that I did not deserve the punishment that I was facing. Instead of paying a fine and potentially facing jail time. My ...case was dismissed after I attended the required classes. The entire process was quick and I did not have to set foot in the court house. She and her staff took care of everything and made sure that I had ample time to complete my course and they also kept me aware of what was going on. She allowed me to make payments instead of making the whole payment at once. If I had to choose between her and any other lawyer in Killeen I would choose her.

Not impressed

I consulted with and hired Ms. Harrell as my husband's personal attorney. We are not from in town and many positive things we said before we hired her. She really seemed to take the time to listen during the consultation, answered some questions, and I felt good about hiring her. After the money was ...paid to retain her, she suddenly didn't seem so helpful and things turned out much differently than what was said. I very much feel that she dropped the ball and seemed uninterested in our case after she was paid (and she was not cheap either). I'm not sure of this was because we were from further away or what the issue was, but I was VERY disappointed and very upset. Even when I had specific concerns, I was unable to speak with her directly and had to speak with the secretary. I'm glad our ordeal is over with now, but I very much wish I would have hired someone else from the start.
