Great Law Firm

The Harrell Law Firm represented me in my defense against false accusations that lead to my arrest. They handled the case by listening to me every time I had input...after all they worked for me like I was their only client. Very pleased with the wonderful staff...felt like family.

Amazing team!

With this being my first, and last, time involved with law enforcement, I was made to feel at ease completely with my first encounter with Ms. Harrell. Her and her team are very hardworking and will layout all the options with you and never leave you uninformed. They work well with the prosecution as...signed to your case and always strive to give you the best results. Their mantra is to, first and for most, try to get the case dismissed; so keep that in mind. Really great choice of office in my opinion.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND If you want a clean record

My lawyer, Mary Harrell did an outstanding job with my theft case. She understood that I was going through depression and anexity when my husband was overseas. I found out he cheated and I did something that was out of my character. She mannaged to get me a pretrial deferred adjudication with the jud...ge on post. I made my initial appearance in court and I was assigned to a pretrial services officer on post that I would check in with every month until I finished my 40 hours of community service, completed the anti theft course that was $75 along with going to counseling every week. This lawfirm is worth every dollar and they do payment plans if you can't pay the full amount all at once. After finishing the program, my case was dismissed. Therefore not on my record and this incident won't prevent me from getting the jobs I want in the future. I'm very thankful to have choosen this lawfirm to represent me. The staff was amazing because they were very responsive and contacted me if I missed any information they needed from me. I would recommend anyone who has been arrested to go to this lawfirm. After choosing her; I can get into the fire academy and complete my EMT course without any complications. Thank you.

Dismissed

Let me first start by stating that before I even had a consultation scheduled Teresa was very compassionate in helping me make phone calls and answering all of my questions during the scariest point of my life. I can’t ever say thank you enough for that! At the Consultation Mrs. Harrell and I went ov...er all the specifics of my case thoroughly. She was very down to earth, upfront and honest. Her knowledge and confidence was very reassuring to me. Her being a military spouse for over 20 years, and me being a soldier she knew what was at stake for me and my life. Mrs. Harrell showed great empathy for me as a person other than just a “client”. She was willing to do a payment plan that I could afford with no hesitation. She and her staff were always courteous and timely with information/updates on my case. Mrs. Harrell got my felony charge lowered to a misdemeanor and eventually “DISMISSED” altogether!! I couldn’t be more happy with the outcome! As much as I enjoyed Mrs. Harrell and her team-I hope I never have to see them again for legal matters, but if I do they’ll be the first ones I’ll call. I would highly recommend The Harrell Law Firm if you or someone you know is in need of a skilled Criminal Defense Attorney!
