A Great Law Office

The best law firm in Texas! They were able to get me what i asked for. My consultation was free, they worked with me far as lawyer fees. Their communication is so great i was 2,000 miles away and i just felt like we were always on the same page. This law office had my back every step of my legal proc...ess. Case dismissed! Excellent service provided

Wrongly charged for DUI. Mrs. Harrell's office saved me.

I was pulled over late at night outside of Belton for swerving. I was on my way home to Gatesville, coming from dropping a friend off in Austin. I informed the officers I was extremely tired and was looking for a place to pull over to sleep. They administered a field sobriety test, even though I told... them I doubted I could perform the tasks due to the fact that I have chronic back and leg pain and am severely over weight. They still made me go through with them, and I was arrested and charged with DUI. I consulted Mrs. Harrell's office about my case and as soon as I spoke with one of her attorneys, Kallee Congdon, I already felt at ease. I knew I was making the right choice by hiring them to handle my case. Throughout the next several months Ms. Congdon kept me up to date and informed. Eventually, we were offered a plea-deal of probation and a lesser charge of Reckless Driving. I was fine with the charge, as I was driving, admittedly, reckless. I was not ok with probation, though. Kallee was able to work out a deal that was to my liking, with and even lesser charge and no convictions, no probation fees, no reporting to a probation officer, etc. It felt good to be able to live my life again without that dark cloud lingering over me and that weight on my shoulders. I would recommend Mrs. Harrell's team to anyone charged with DUI/DWI.

Best attorney in Killeen

I was arrested for DWI. Mary Elizabeth Harrell and her team were excellent throughout the entire process. I was able to set up an affordable payment plan and her and her team were able to get me an occupational license so I was still able to drive myself to work. Her and her team kept me updated r...egularly and went above and beyond my expectations. Any questions I had were answered punctually and thoroughly so I was never left wondering what will happen next. Although this was a very bad decision on my part to drink and drive, choosing Mary Elizabeth Harrell as my attorney was the best decision I could have made under the circumstances. I would recommend anyone who has been arrested for DWI to hire Mary Elizabeth Harrell to represent and fight for you.

Helped us out even from hundreds of miles away

Back in his youth my husband had some legal issues, and Ms. Harrell represented him. He was happy with the results she was able to obtain for him. Now, almost a decade later, new state across the country, new marriage, new baby, new home, and potential new job his background check showed that there w...as apparently still an outstanding traffic ticket which brought back up the criminal charges and prevented him from working and getting his driver's license renewed. All these years later Ms. Harrell helped us obtain information we needed to work with the court to get the charges dismissed. She was available when we needed her via email, and the staff over the phone was courteous, helpful, and professional. An issue he had been stressing over how to rectify for months was solved with Ms. Harrell in less than 2 weeks. He starts his job next week. Thank you for helping get our family back on tack. We are so grateful.
