Highly recommend this attorney for DWI arrests!

I am so thankful I found Dan to help me with my DWI arrest. He is professional and has experience handling DWI’s. His paralegal Cara is great and always answered my calls and emails in a timely manner. I was always kept informed throughout the process so I knew what was happening. This was a super ...stressful time for me. DWI laws are pretty much straight forward so he could only do so much but he was able to get me the best possible outcome I could expect considering the facts in my case. I am happy he was able to get my probation term reduced slightly. I couldn’t have done it without him or Cara. I hope I never need him again but wouldn’t hesitate to retain him again if needed.

This was the best call I made.

Due to an unfortunate turn of events my juvenile child had the need to obtain Mr. Peugh's services. We have never needed services like this before. Mr. Peugh and his team walked us through the process and got us the best possible outcome. He was straight with us on possible outcomes and best av...enue to take. I never had trouble contacting him or his team and felt like they were invested the whole time.

Thank you for the kind words. I like representing juveniles and their families. Without fail I am always working with a good kid that made a bad decision. Our defense always includes showing the Judge all the great things about the kids and their families and it is a pleasure to get to do it. It is uplifting to see a young person get back on track and excel even more than before. (P.S. I might know a kid that made a bad decision or two when he was younger and he turned out alright.)

Great lawyer

Dan and Cara were great. They were great at responding to all my questions almost immediately I was never left in the dark at any point. Dan was able to get my charges reduced and got me the best possible outcome. I would recommend him to anyone dealing with a dwi or drug charge. Dan kept me informed... every step of the way. They made the whole process as stress free as possible. It was worth every penny.

Thank you for the glowing review. We love hearing that we were good with communication. A lack of communication is a common complaint about attorneys and it should not be. We also pride ourselves on getting out of the ordinary good results but, we can't guarantee that for every case.

Good service

Mr. Peugh got me a reduced sentence from a felony to a misdemeanor which helped out my situation greatly. Very thankful for his services, understanding, and responsiveness to my many questions and needs.

Glad you are pleased. I do think we get more than our fair share of reductions. I began my career with the Denton County DA's Office so, I know what they can do, what they can't do and what they say they can't do but they the really can do it if you go at it the right way. That being said I cannot guarantee any reductions. I can guarantee that, if your case can be reduced, I know how to do it.

Hands down the best lawyer in Denton. !! God sent !!! Cara is the most amazing understanding person ever , Dan is so professional and works hard non stop to get his clients justice !!
