He has many years of experience along with many connections, and handles all of the cases himself, so you will never have to worry about your case being relegated to a less exper...ienced lawyer. His paralegal was also very personable and helpful at all times. The office was extremely communicative and responsive when I had questions and concerns, including those which were not necessarily covered in his services. Mr. Peugh negotiated a very good plea bargain (In my case it was not plausible to argue that I was not intoxicated while driving). While Daniel Peugh may be somewhat more expensive than some of the more 'mass market' lawyers you see on billboards, he is worth every penny.
