Juvenile Representation

Mr. Peugh represented our son from the initial detainment and court appearance until we had his records sealed at age 18. He has been awesome through this entire experience. He has answered email and phone calls immediately and has patiently answered our many questions through the process. We have tr...usted him and have been convinced his experience and professional judgement have served us well. While we hope and plan to never need his services again, we highly recommend him to those needing juvenile representation.

Alledged Felony Offence

Unfortunately, I found myself needing a lawyer. My son was being accused of something he did not do. The police arrested my son. The case was going to go to the DA so they can start prosecuting. We made bond and started to look for a lawyer to defend my son. I found Daniel Peugh through the internet.... I went to AVVO and started to look at the reviews of the lawyers available in the area. I had found a couple of lawyer that seemed to be ok. I made appointments with both of them. On the day of the appointments I found that one of the lawyers was not going to be there and I will be interviewing with one of the associates. I did not like that and decided to cancel that appointment. The other lawyer was Daniel Peugh. It is well known that no lawyer is 100% successful But Daniel has a very high success rate. He handled the interview personally. He was courteous and to the point. Once we explained the situation and showed him the affidavits that we had collected, he told us what to expect. He never promised us that he will fix the problem. He explained what he could do and the experience that he had with similar cases. He explained the possible scenarios from dropping the case to being convicted of the offense. He started to work on the case immediately. He notified us of any development on a regular basis. He was able to prove to the DA that there was no case. The DA decided not to prosecute. Now, he is working on an expunction. We are very satisfied with the work he has done for us. I will highly recommend him to anyone looking at felony charges. I hope that in the future we do not need the services of a lawyer but if we do we will use Daniel again.

Very Efficient

I recently hired Mr. Daniel Peugh as my attorney for a very serious charge. I had a warrant for my arrest & was given good advice on how to handle it by turning myself in. Mr. Peugh notified the judge via email that I would be voluntarily turning myself in & I only spent about 6 hours in the cell b...efore I was bailed out. (I'd recommend wearing a single layer of warm clothes.) Once I was released, I met with him & more thoroughly discussed my case. He told me exactly what I needed to do to help him start building my defense. Within 3 weeks we gathered & provided enough information to the D. A.'s office that my case never even ended up going to court. Mr. Peugh emailed a copy of the Decline Letter to me. It was one of the most beautiful things I had seen in my entire life, especially considering that I was facing a third degree felony charge. Attorneys aren't cheap; I had to pay $3K and perform plenty of leg-work to get my results. He told me that at no additional attorney charge, he would help me (as long as I pay the court fees) with filing the proper papers for getting the arrest completely expunged from the records in about 3 years. I am very satisfied with my results and have NOTHING negative to say about this man.
