Daniel Keith Peugh

Due to an unfortunate turn of events my juvenile child had the need to obtain Mr. Peugh's services. We have never needed services like this before. Mr. Peugh and his team walked us through the process and got us the best possible outcome. He was straight with us on possible outcomes and best avenue to take. I never had trouble contacting him or his team and felt like they were invested the whole time.

I recently had a situation come up where I need representation to help for a non violent marijuana related case, and it was not a small amount of help that I needed. I was placed on PTD program. I completed about 60% of the given time period then my officer told me at the meeting I can apply for the early discharge of the program. I was skeptical about getting it approved through the DA when i was only about halfway done with the program. I email Cara(paralegal) just to INQUIRE about the processes and fees with regards to expungement in case i was early discharged not expecting to get anything done that day. After 20 minutes, i get a response from Cara. In the response, she explained about the process of clearing my record and she also mentioned that Mr. Peugh will reach out to DA for early discharge. I thought okay, maybe i will hear back in a few week. Then, within an hour of the last email communication, i got a call from my PTD officer. The officer told me over the phone my case is dismissed! what a pleasant surprise! This tells me number of positive things about the Peugh law firm. Dan and Cara have been wonderful to work with. Both worked very closely with me on my DUI violation and have given me advice during my case. Dan worked hard to get a reduction in probation terms and the final sentence reduced from Class A to Class B. Dan was very helpful in helping navigate the court system and alerted me to what to expect. Dan also provided guidance on things to do prior to court to help my case. I did as directed and as he had advised I saw better results. I would highly recommend Dan. I feel that Cara his assistant has gone out of her way to help and has kept me informed during the whole process.
