professional in every way

after being arrested for my 3rd d.w.i. I consulted a billboard law firm after being assured they were the best. After getting the runaround for several months I found Paul. From the moment I met Paul, I felt positive about my predicament, and knew that I had come to the right place. He genuinely car...es about his clients and takes their situations personally. Paul was 100% professional but understanding and even compassionate at the same time. He returned every call, was on time, every time, and worked very hard to get a remarkable result. My whole case was wrapped up in less than one year. I put my life and future in Paul's hands and he did not let me down. He really is the best, thank-you Paul!

---> !! Pro-Previte !! <---

Mr Previte is a very good attorney. His first request was for a speedy trial so I could move on from this. After the result of the theft charge (misdemeanor) I was terminated from my management position and knew I would be unable seek equal employment if this case was not properly handled. So ...I fully trusted Mr Previte on a leap of faith and good reviews and was initially frustrated that he asked me to proactively attend theft counseling and start on volunteer hours, and court was delayed at our request. I gathered other information that he requested, including letters of recommendations and he obtained video copy of the occurrence and all reports and we met and talked through the scenario. He was always available himself and gave me his personal cell phone number. I didn't deal with a secretary or wait for calls to be returned, Mr. Previte would text if unavailable and would get back to me same day. I went to court and sat silently in the courtroom and waited and watched his interactions with his peers and other clients and felt scared, but felt I made the right choice in picking an attorney in seeing the other attorneys interact with their clients and professsinal peers. Mr. Previte was equally professional to his peers and clients, which I did not witness with the other attorney/client interactions. During court, Mr. Previte motioned for me to meet him in the hallway. He recapped my case with me and asked if I had any questions and he left me to sit in the hallway and wait. I waited about 20 minutes and Mr Previte returned to the hallway and told me the case had been completely dismissed and I could this behind me and move forward with my life. I actually hugged him and thanked him for knowing what steps to take proactively and to stand with me during this challenging time. While Mr Previte told me at the first consultation, that dismissal would be the best case scenario, he did not promise it. He told me I would need to trust the timing and do the work to show my commitment to making this right. We discussed all "what if" scenarios and I felt very comfortable knowing what my options were in advance and I really feel that Mr. Previte personally cared about my case. I know he has many cases and I was just another case, but in going through the experience, it's comforting to know that someone cares about the outcome as much as I do. While I'm still looking for a job and recovering from this setback in my life, this is something that will not haunt me for the rest of my professional career because I chose the right attorney and we worked in partnership to get this dismissed. I'm forever gteatful to Mr. Previte and would recommend him to anyone and would offer the advice to follow his directions, which seem like a lot of things to do at the time when your so overwhelmed with everything to begin with, it he is experienced and wise and proactive and in the end, i couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Eternally greatful, Client from Fort Worth

Paul Previte is an excellent attorney

Paul Previte helped my son with a DWI. He was professional, and always answered phone calls immediately. He was proficient and most important, he had the utmost integrity, honesty, and truthful. I have worked and known other lawyers, and I can tell you, from my experience, Paul Previte is the best.

Paul truly knows what he's doing

Paul is authentic and really will fight for you. I've had to hire and deal with some lawyers in the past and have never had a good experience. Every attorney I have dealt with, except Paul, has either been incompetent or just simply doesn't seem to care about my case anymore once I've paid them money.... What's so great about Paul is that he is blunt and willing to tell you the reality of situations based on his many years of experience. I honestly began to think there were no legit attorneys in this state after all the terrible experiences I've had with other attorneys. Paul is not short-sighted like most other lawyers, he knows it is better to care about his reputation for the long term, than to just take your money and blow you off like most lawyers seem to do. It's good to know there's a straight talker out there like Paul who actually cares about his cases.

Excellent problem sover

Paul normally deals with much bigger cases than mine, but was professional and enthusiastic to help me nonetheless. He cleared up a traffic ticket for me and saved me lots of time and money. I hate going to the courthouse and dealing with the parking and wait times. Hopefully I'll never be in any ser...ious trouble with the law but if I was I would be most confident with Mr. Previte representing me. Better call Paul!
