Jeff Hampton was retained for 4000$ back in May 2022 to represent my grandson in Parker County. He never filed a letter of representation with the county, never spoke to the DA's office (according to Parker Co records). The case was never filed, and Jeff never knew it until I (the bonds person) call...ed to check on it due to the attorney not updating us on the case. Not only was it not filed, the case had been designation as non-prosecution back in July. I had to call to inform Jeff the status of the case. Needles to say, we'll be contacting the appropriate agencies to investigate who dropped the ball on this, costing several thousands in interest on 34K.
